Newmatic Plumbing Specialists, LLC

Alexis from Newmatic Plumbing did a wonderful job repairing a pipe issue in my shower, after a recent history of being price gouged by other big name plumbers in town who recommend unneeded work to pad their bills.

Fast, friendly service, and they treat you as if you’re already an old friend. Honest pricing, quality work, and no upselling on repairs I didn’t need. I cannot recommend them enough — if you want a plumber who actually cares about doing right by their customers, call Newmatic Plumbing and ask for Alexis.

We had dual problems with the first being a leak in the condensate pipe in air conditioning units and the second being our water tank on which the pilot light no longer worked. John and Alexis showed up to evaluate and the next day returned with everything required to solve both problems. They were wonderful in all aspects of the job, prioritized us due to no hot water and even repaired the plumbing in slop sink at no extra charge. Amazing guys whom we will definitely recommend to anyone needing help with plumbing. Our thanks to both of them.

I had a great experience with Newmatic Plumbing Company LLC. I called them out to fix a leak in the wall, behind the faucet, in the shower, and Alexis was fantastic. He arrived right on time, diagnosed the issue immediately, and explained the repair options clearly. He was incredibly kind and dependable throughout the entire process. The work was completed quickly, and Alexis left the area completely spotless. Highly recommend them for any plumbing needs!
