I like to shop Ulta online and do a pick-up.I don't enjoy going inside because of the over powering fragrances, scents and smells (hair dye or perms) as soon as the door opens.However, the staff is kind and helpful and they carry the items I enjoy using at a reasonable price.

The Clinique technitian named Alexis was ultra helpful with my questions about how to make my eye makeup pop.I brought in my own makeup bag and asked her to help me use the products I already owned(all Clinique). She had no problem with doing that for me. She let me show her how I was using the product, and then she gave me tips on what I could add to do it better. I showed her what I was using on my eyebrows(I thought it was a mini brush to make them look better. I was wrong. It was actually a tiny razor blade meant to trim up your eyebrows ).So all along, I could not figure out why my eyebrows were always lopsided-now I know..She made me feel very comfortable with asking...read full review

Ulta Beauty has mostly friendly and helpful associates. The store is bright, clean, and inviting. There are a great variety of products to choose from. There is a full service salon which is so convenient.
