the staff is warm and friendly and the place is clean.I did have a facial however that night I was left with a severe burning sensation in my eyes .I had a red light treatment at the end of my session. I don't think my eyes were protected properly .I don't think there was permanent damage but it did leave me really concerned . I put several different kinds of eye drops in my eyes that night as well as a cold compress. the pain diminished the next day .however I know that looking into a red light can be dangerous for the eyes .

Went to ulta to get my haircut by Anna who did an amazing job.. I mentioned wanting to it colored because I was starting to go back to work the next day but unfortunately she didn’t have time since the store was closing soon. Citabria,the stylist next to Anna, offered to come in the next morning on her day off to do the services. I accepted her offer and am super happy I did because she did such a great job and it looks better than I thought it would! 10/10 recommend both of them for any salon services

Love this store! Although, I can feel like I'm being customer serviced to death due to them being apprehensive about shoplifters. I totally get it, I work retail and loss preventions has become a major issue. All I can say to the crew at the end of the day keep yourself safe because these corporations don't provide the necessary security for you to put yourselves in danger.
