I have hair extensions booked last minute next week and the stylist doesn’t do color, so I needed to find someone to pull off a full highlight asap before my extensions. I called ulta at almost 3pm Friday to see if they could get me in and Franco did. He did a great job lightening my hair and taking care of me. Very much appreciate him getting me in last minute!
