The actual store is usually great , but don’t come to this ulta salon unless you want to play high-school mean girl with the so called “master stylists”. They are unhelpful and very rude if you ask them a question. Treated me like i knew nothing about hair at all for no reason and then when i stood my ground to see what shades eq would best match my skin tone they talked shit in front of me and laugh in my face saying if i wanted to see colors i should open a magazine and then come back to them. If putting others down makes them feel good Im sorry for them. If you want to be degraded and and talked down too come to this salon

Jolie was so incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, sweet, and patient with helping me find and try out products to use for my exact needs.
As a relative newbie to all of this, it was very apparent how much she cared about making sure that I left happy with my selections and new look.
She deserves major props for the great experience she delivered.

I haven't been in an Ulta in a min. I'm someone who is heavily into skincare and beauty. I usually order direct from the brands. So disappointed. It was like I time traveled back to 2016. Same old tired brands. The Korean skincare choice was awful. Get it together Ulta or you'll be filing for bankruptcy. I do have to say the people I dealt with were nice its not their fault. If your still stuck on Tarte and Charlotte Tillbury I'm sure you'll love it.
