It's okay it's just a haircut. I just finally got my haircut yesterday since it's been 4 months not getting a haircut. The employees were very polite and gave us a very good haircut. So I gave them 5 happy ?????.

3 stars is only for the hair cut and maybe 2 stars for her attitude. I explained to the stylist what I wanted. I was cutting off about 12 inches of my hair. So she needed to understand what I wanted. For the most part she layered it as they do however she didn’t thin the ends out. She did a blunt cut that my layers look all chopped bold and thick. They don’t look sleek and flowing. It lays weird! Which I explained to her in the beginning to ensure this didn’t happen..the entire time she seemed unhappy like she didn’t care what I had to say or the bad experiences I’ve had with stylist before. Checked in online, arrived 15 minutes before closing & all 3 of the stylist were happy to see me. No dirty looks, no smh sighs, Thank God!! My gal did a great job cleaning up my nightmare hair. I presented a coupon I received on Facebook but they refuse to take saying its only good in Tucson for some reason. That sucked. My hair looks great so Im happy. Defintly recommend this location. It Rocks!
