Tocasierra Spa & Fitness Center offers rejuvenating spa services with skilled and friendly staff who provide excellent massages and facials. The therapists are professional, kind, and communicative, taking sincere care of clients. Many guests report feeling incredibly relaxed and well-treated. The spa uses natural and clean ingredients. The fitness equipment and bikes are in working order. However, the facilities themselves are run down and not high end, with noted maintenance issues like a broken hot tub, chips in walls, and minor disrepair. There is an automatic 20% gratuity added to services. Despite the dated condition, the amazing customer service and outstanding treatments create a highly recommended experience for many visitors.
Got the spa using a coupon. Was relaxing and you can tell them focus spots to massage and choose your oil of preference. Best thing was waterpark was included in my services which is right nearby. Staff was respectful and helpful, even escorting me to the waterpark.
Last weekend, I visited Tocasierra for a 50 min couples massage with my boyfriend. My masseuse was Kathy and despite the fact that I’ve had at least 100 professional massages (even at 5 star resorts in Thailand), she was the BEST one I’ve had to date! Kathy listened to my needs and catered to my comfort to an amazing degree! I mentioned that my severe TMJ had been flaring up & bothering me and she displayed her expert training on that and my pain completely dissipated after no more than a couple minutes her pressure point therapy! Very enjoyable massage experience with Mignonette, a professional! And Ivonne the spa manager was very accommodating to make our spa experience special! Can't wait to see what they bring with the brand new location!
