Initially, I had a bad experience. I had called to ask if they accept walk-ins and I was told to come in at 3pm, which I did. When I got to the front desk, a women named Crystal was there and she was very rude! She immediately told me it was on an appointment basis and proceeded to be rude when I tried to explain that I called. There was another young lady at the front desk and she was so helpful. Despite being told to go in at 3pm, I was not seen. I had to make an appointment for the following weekend, which is fine. That's why I had called in the first place. I’ve been coming here for over 2 years. Randy is the absolute best and always listens to what I want. He excels in his field of work and the results are fabulous every time!! Go see him and you will be blown away at how great he is with your hair!

Made an appointment yesterday for 6pm today. I drove 12 miles from where I live to come here, to be told that the person I had an appointment with called off. Very inconvenient. Why give your phone number to a business if they couldn't call and let me know that? I know you are busy because of being closed, for the last month or longer, but I'm trying to give you business.
