They have really cute chairs for the kids to sit in and lots of fun toys to play with. It was easy to schedule an appointment online.The stylist did a good job on my toddler son's hair especially as he was NOT interested in a haircut. She kept him entertained snd distracted while she worked. Atmosphere seems very casual as opposed to professional which could be good or bad depending on what you prefer. Prices are high though. $30 once you add a tip for a kids haircut without anything special.

My 3 year olddaughter had 3b/3c hair. It got tangled and we were having a difficult time getting it detangled at home. Merie was exceptional. She was very patient and gentle. Got all the tangles out. She did a great job. Great atmosphere for kids to make them feel comfortable
