Fam Optical truly exceeded my expectations. The staff were very accommodating, patient, and knowledgeable, making the whole process smooth and stress-free. The quality of their frames and lenses is excellent, and you can really tell they care about their customers. From start to finish, the service was professional yet friendly. Highly recommended for anyone looking for great eyewear and an overall wonderful experience! Also they sell Gentle Monster items too!

Raj was very helpful and patient with our needs. Everything was so nice we had a hard time choosing out prescription glasses. She helped us from start to finish.
