Equipment worked great, but everything else about the experience was bad. I called at about 10 AM to reserve equipment, when I arrived at 1:30 PM they still didn't have it ready and couldn't find it.Then when I went to pay for the rental, they said there would be a $500 hold on my card in addition to the rental fee (only $91). When I returned the tool, instead of it being a hold, they actually had fully processed the transaction, and then had to refund me $500 as a separate transaction entirely.Overall staff was totally unapologetic and rude about the whole experience. We called late in the motto get a machine and we're told that we could get it in a decent amount of time but waited almost 90 minutes before we got it. The inside needs to talk to the outside.
