Mexi-Tile Inc. is a leading importer and distributor of natural stone tile, slabs, and pavers in the Phoenix area. They offer a wide variety of materials, from granite and quartz to travertine and marble, allowing customers to find the perfect fit for their projects. Homes and businesses have praised the benefits of natural stone from Mexi-Tile, whether it's a dramatic granite countertop or a stunning glass mosaic outdoor installation.
While the product quality at Mexi-Tile is consistently praised, the customer service experience can be mixed. Some customers have reported excellent assistance from employees like Gardner, who provided detailed guidance on the use and installation of underlayment and membrane for travertine tile. However, others have encountered rude behavior from the front desk staff. Despite this, the overall delivery and product quality have been commended, making Mexi-Tile a trusted choice for natural stone tile in the Phoenix region.
We had purchased all of our travertine tile and underlayment/membrane that helps with cracking from Mexi-Tile quite a while ago. This past Friday we called Mexi-Tile to ask a couple of questions about the underlayment/membrane for the travertine tile for a remodel project. A HUGE thank you to Gardner at Mexi-Tile for answering our questions and explaining the function and proper use and installation of the underlayment/membrane. It is not easy to explain over the phone, but Gardner did an excellent job, saved us a lot of hassle, and helped make our project a success. THANK YOU again!

The product was good quality. The lady at the front desk was rude. If it wasn't for Juan who worked very hard to help us and took the time to explain and understand our situation, we would have taken our business elsewhere. Delivery of the pavers was great and again product was great. Needs better customer service at the desk.
