Exceptional care and customer service. The staff were incredibly welcoming and supportive through the entire process. Dr. Ethan Nguyen was especially helpful. He took extra time to answer all questions I had and thoroughly explain everything. None of my providers in the past have been nearly as detailed or helpful in providing care. I’m also incredibly happy with the spectrum (ha) of care and services that is offered here.
I had my new patient exam today and I was very impressed. I was greeted with a friendly smile from Marcel’s and Michelle who got me in early and I had a very thorough and detailed examination by Dr. Grossman. He is very attentive and listened to my concerns and offered helpful advice. His team was extremely friendly, prompt and professional. I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for quality care from a superb team.
I have had very poor experiences when it comes to trying to take care of my health, and I initially walked into my first appointment thinking it would be very similar, but I was proven wrong.
I wasn't fat shamed, as matter of fact, my weight wasn't even brought up at all. I wasn't talked down to. I wasn't given the run around that everything would change if I were to lose weight.
Isabel took time to really explain everything to me. She was super kind. She made me feel heard.
