Place was clean, staff was awesome, and the array of services was excellent. “Took my daughter to get her hair cut and styled for the first time here and her experience and outcome was not good.

The stylist agreed to take steps as she cut away the length, but totally disreguarded and the cut looked nothing like the several pics my daughter showed the hairdresser. We are expecting a call from the owner or manager to dicuss the bad experience. The front counter staff was the only good experience when we arrived. They were very friendly.

8/22/2025 Update. My daughter called immediatley after the poor experience with the initial hairdresser and they set an appointment with the manager to repair and fix the cut. Once again the staff was very receptive, and the manager took her back to see what they could do. My daughter said the experience was a complete turnaround, and there was plenty of communication during the process. The manager had identified areas the previous stylist failed to address, and areas missed. This was a great recovery by the Madison Ave manager's abilities to recover a botched and complete failure from start to finish haircut by her employee. I applaud you for a great comeback story. I gave this place an updated 2 star, to a current 5, as it is a tough job to fix someone elses mess. I know the owners dad Bill and he is the reason I recommended this Madison Avenue initially. Super job!“

“This spa is the BEST spa you'll ever go to. I'm addicted to spas. I've been to over 50 spas over the last 40 years. Aji Spa is my top pick. The hostesses that greet you are so friendly. The spa attendant is knowledgeable and sweet. The Native flute music is so calming. We started by sitting by their private pool prior to our scheduled appointments. My husband booked a massage and I booked an Aloe Glow facial. Both were top notch. Erin was my facial therapist. She was amazing. She didn't try to upsell me on products. I hate when I get a sales pitch at the end. After our appointments we each did the sauna and hot tub in our private areas. Men and women have different areas. Once we showered, we had lunch by the pool. The cocktails and empanadas were outstanding. This spa will spoil you for all other spas. Aji Spa is truly a gem.“
