The hair stylist was knowledgeable, but the receptionist was awful. I had called so many times during business hours to change my appointment, and it went straight to an answering machine. I called about 5 times. Finally, the hairstylist picked up as she was with a client. Not sure what the receptionist is doing but it’s not cool!

Lisa was able to fit me in and did a great job getting my dead ends off and putting some long layers in to take some off the weight off.

Hair type: I have thick medium length hair that currently has a perm so it’s curly.

So glad I found Neelo after my hairdresser retired. It is so hard to find a good hairdresser. Neelo is so friendly and so so good at what she does.

Stylist: Neelo was my stylist. She really knows hair. I like my hair short, but feminine, and she does a great job.
