Not entirely sure how you get ahold of someone. I've called multiple times over the last two days, as well as texted (per the voicemail) and no one has responded or gotten back to me. Oh well, I'll find somewhere else
When I arrived the place was empty and two stylists were chatting. They looked at me and kept talking so I awkwardly stood there. I ended up having to introduce myself after a minute and ask for my stylist, who ended up being one of them. My hair is pretty simple- long with layers. I asked for a few inches off and to update my layers. Hardly any length was taken off (which didn't match what we discussed) and my layers weren't really adjusted to match. I feel like I paid $75 including tip for a trim. So bummed this place didn't work out since it's right near my house and it's hard to find salons in north Phoenix
