First off let me just say Reyna is great! Love her. So glad I finally have good PA there! However, everything else is very frustrating! Calling numerous times to office with no one answering phone. Seeing one Dr only to be told they are no longer there, over and over. Trying to get fast appointment because I’m not feeling well, and being told they can’t get me in, and to try Urgent Care. Says Walk-ins welcome, that is a joke. If it weren’t for Reyna I would go somewhere else! And I would give a one star review.
Front desk was able to help me with my appointment with no issues. The primary doc was warm and welcoming. He actively listened to my concerns for my health and provided great treatment. Overall great experience, looking forward to pursuing this clinic as my primary health care.
Dr. Khalil was kind, direct and didn't flood me with a surplus of medical jargon I wouldn't understand. The staff was awesome and went out of their way to assist me. Big thumbs up!
