We have had Northwest Exterminating (Preventative) for several years. We have pest control and rodent services. They have also provided termite service as well. Marcos was out today and is very knowledgeable about his work. Initially we were going to stop our rodent service however Marcos restored my faith that the bait boxes are working. He didn't mind that I asked questions and I could tell he took pride in his work. Northwest Exterminating is lucky to have him. Thank you Marcos!

Marcos was great. He came over and introduced himself, explained what he was doing. Very professional and I appreciated that. Overall I enjoy working with this company. Have for many years and will continue to do so.

Roderick was extremely polite and took his time exterminating our home. He showed extreme care when spraying our home inside and out.
