The Opthamologist was great, the front desk staff, not so much. There is no greeting when you enter, they are very dry w/their responces.When I went in to pick up my eye glasses they didn't offer to adjust and fit them, which is usually the norm. When I asked the employee if she was going to do that she said, "yeah, if you want me to." And it just went south from there.Customer Service is everything to me and it says a lot about whether I return or not. Management needs to train in these areas.
