Dr. Lajubutu is a kind and exceptional physician. The team, including Mariana, is welcoming, helpful, and attentive, addressing all concerns and questions. Patients feel taken care of from start to finish, and their prescriptions and glasses are delivered promptly. The staff are always friendly and communicative with results, appointment calls, and fees, providing very good care with glasses and contacts. Overall, the center is highly recommended for its excellent service and commitment to customer satisfaction.

Had such a great experience at Arizona Family Vision Center! The office was clean, welcoming, and professional from the moment I walked in. A special shoutout to Janet at the front desk, she was incredibly friendly, patient, and helpful throughout the entire visit. She made check-in easy, answered all my questions with a smile, and truly made me feel valued as a patient. It’s rare to find someone who brings such positive energy and excellent customer service. I have had serious eye issues my whole life. So i have been from Phoenix, Arizona all the way to Tacoma. Philadelphia, Atlanta, LA. And I have never had the excellent level of service that I received here, with Dr. Rodriguez-Torres. Very friendly, down to earth, easy to understand.
She took the time to explain in detail what exactly what was happening in my eyes. She explained my surgery to me and even told me that my vision is correctsble with modern surgical technology. I was bĺown away. I have been told for years there is little to no chance that correction is possible.
