Zach was great. Came in for a quick adjustment and he did both pairs of my glasses and had me out the door in 5 minutes. He also provided some great advise to keep my glasses from stretching out. Stellar service, 5 stars all day!
I'm a past client. No problem getting an appointment and eye doctor was great. Only concern was how pricey my glasses and contacts were and ended up paying more out of pockets than I expected, and optican upsold me like $500 after insurance. I think I may try another competitor next time to save money.
The staff is always friendly and courteous. I do my annual check up here with Dr Miller. This visit I ordered some new lenses for a pair of glasses that I had purchased previously. Unfortunately the frames were damaged upon instillation of the new lenses. Zack went above and beyond in fixing the issue. I am very satisfied with the staff at this store.
