9am, 11/17. I had a telehealth visit with Krystle Ray due to my prescriptions being denied by Walgreens on account of a COB issue. I used to be on my mother's employer health insurance BCBSAZ FEP, I have UHC Community Plan Medicaid, but given the birthday rule and now that I am 26, I shouldn't be on my mother's insurance. So, UHC Medicaid is my primary. I had a claim for a visit on 11/6 which is denied by UHC AHCCCS for the same reason of my COB not being updated. I called UHC AHCCCS Medicaid yesterday morning and they updated my COB on my behalf as to whereas Medicaid AHCCCS should be my now primary insurance. I absolutely live this office. I've been with this clinic going on a year. I have nothing but good things to say especially for Dr Krystle Ray. She's been such a delight. She's patient, caring and actually listens to me. Highly recommend. Wait times are very good even when it's a walk in.
