Family Doctors Office Walk-In Center

I do not recommend this office, at all. The front office staff is not friendly, it seems as though they are frustrated by simple questions. I had an appointment on a Friday and after two phone calls to this office to see what the deal was, I was still waiting for my prescriptions to be sent to my pharmacy on a Monday. This office is a joke and this is completely unacceptable.

- - - - - * { This is a minus 5 star rating. This was with out a doubt the worst experience I have ever had with a Dr's office. I called to make my first appointment with this "Dr's" office LOL. They scheduled my appointment out for over a month. The day I arrived to my appointment I seen the door says walk in center????? Why the hell did they make my appointment so far out if I could have just walked in? Then I get there early and fill out pages of paperwork because I am a new patient. One of the pages said they do not treat chronic pain and will not issue pain meds??? I didn't need any just thought that was kind of weird. Dr Tran is no longer with practice they fail to inform you of this until u walk in the door.Poor customer service by everyone in the entire office. They say they can take walk ins but fail to be able to smoothly and efficiently work them in the schedule. Do not come here not worth the convenience of being close to your home!
