All of the staff I interacted with were kind and professional. Even the majority of the patrons that were awaiting group appointments, well in the waiting room with me, had a helpful and optimistic outlook. I.E. Today I oversaw one gentleman give another his extra bus pass to help with a personal crisis prevention. Regarding my visit, I had to talk about an incident that had a lot of factors, and I was worried I wouldn't be heard correctly, and even though I fumbled around some with my words, the therapist was able to respond with reassurance that I was being reasonably understood.
