The staff and doctors at this location is polite, understanding and professional. The only issue I have is with their waiting list process. I got a message via text and my chart stating there was an earlier appointment. When I called I was told the appointment was already taken. But in the text message it said I had until July 7 at 5:04 to make a change. In the message there was no mention that it is first come first serve. I think this policy needs to include that it is a first come first serve opportunity. Or only send it to the next person on the list.

I had an initial appt to see if these are the correct services for me.
The front staff were polite.
Cierra met with me. She was kind and did not push me or tell me anything that upset me. We set up the intake.
I found the services, so far, to be 5 star.

This is the best doctors office I’ve ever been to. When I first started coming here I felt so defeated from a LIFETIME of feeling I never had answers for my medical issues. In and out of doctors and so many times I gave up for years trying to find a solution because I was always told I was fine. Only when I switched over to Angela Hernandez (and her staff!) did I start to feel I was actually being listened to, cared for and accepted for who I am walking into a doctors office with the expectation of having an understanding doctor to patient relationship.
