Miracle Nails is amazing- been coming here for years and they give you a true spa experience. Massage chairs during pedicure plus hot towel and hot stone massage is so relaxing. Robin Halle Tina and all the ladies are excellent and do amazing nail art as well! Highly recommend! They really listen and do your nails to your liking! Love this nail shop.
I arrived at miracle nails about 9:15 AM but did not have an appointment. I asked the woman there whether I needed an appointment or they could take a walk in. She told me they could accommodate me if I could wait 10 to 15 minutes for other employees to show up. About 20 minutes in, I decided that I was going to leave and started to walk out the door. The woman that first graded me told me her coworker was pulling into the lot if I could just wait a few minutes, which I agreed to another customer come and was also waiting. Sitting with my feet in the soak, the employee came in, said something to the woman that was in after me and starts to work on her feet. I've been already waiting 40 minutes, so I asked for a towel and told them I was leaving and would not wait. I was given the wrong expectation when I walked in, and decided to spend my money at another salon. I wasn't pleased and simply went there on another friend suggestion. Boy was I wrong
I have been going to this nails salon for nearly 20 years. It's super friendly and Robin, the owner, does a great job with my nails. I like seasonal fun nails and we have fun looking online and finding great designs together. My husband and Dad also go here for pedicures. Tina and Holly also work there and they are personable and very nice. I see a lot of the same people when I get my nails done every 2 weeks so there is a lot of loyalty. It's a great local nail salon with a great following and great care!
