Booked a facial with Tera and it was absolutely divine!! Tera was a very kind, friendly, and knowledgeable esthetician who provided personalized skincare recommendations during the appointment, which I really appreciated! This was my first appointment/facial with Massage Envy and I was pleased from beginning to end - from front desk customer service, to the consultation, and the soothing treatments. My face felt like a brand new baby afterwards. Highly recommend! Will definitely be back in the near future!

Had a fantastic 90-minute massage with Jaime N. She's incredibly knowledgeable, addressed all my pain points, and when I asked, gave me helpful advice on stretches to do at home. Left feeling great. Highly recommend!

I still like this massage envy BUT their change to scheduling is terrible. I used to be able to get appointments with my favorite therapist. Now, nothing is available.
They limited how far out you can book appointments to make things more fair but it made scheduling much worse.
I’m seriously ci spidering dropping my membership unless something gives.
Please go back to the old system! Good intentions backfired.
