Franklin was my massage therapist, and he did a great job. He applied the perfect amount of pressure and focused exactly on the areas I asked him to work on.
Abbi, the manager who was also acting as the front desk receptionist, was friendly, energetic, and clearly knowledgeable about her role.
Thank you for an excellent experience!
The front of house/ reception is always super friendly and helpful. Specifically Camila and Yilenia today helped guide my account
Jenny is in tune with what the body needs. She is an excellent masseuse.
Elements of Arcadia is a very relaxing space.
Booked a facial with Tera and it was absolutely divine!! Tera was a very kind, friendly, and knowledgeable esthetician who provided personalized skincare recommendations during the appointment, which I really appreciated! This was my first appointment/facial with Massage Envy and I was pleased from beginning to end - from front desk customer service, to the consultation, and the soothing treatments. My face felt like a brand new baby afterwards. Highly recommend! Will definitely be back in the near future!
