Felix did my hair yesterday and I was so close to crying! My hair turned out exactly how I wanted it! I had him see a picture on my phone and that was it! He knows blondes! He is an artist! Thank you so much again Felix for MY Beautiful hair! I am 46 and everyone keeps saying I look so much younger!

I love my hair color thank you! Ciara did a great eval & recommendation for my hair. Then 123 -efficient and effective results. Reina also did an amazing job on my hair blowout. Walked out feeling amazing. Initially skeptical because of some of the reviews.

I had root touch up and full highlights yesterday. I have noticed that I seem to have a lot brassiness in my highlights which is not the look I was going for. My hair was not fully rinsed and washed in the back with color and conditioner still present when I got home. This is the fourth time that this has happened there. Not sure why this continues to be an issue. Also have noticed that my hair is fading reddish orange and I do not have red or orange hair.
