Every time I have a problem Cloud IT is on it. They always can figure out the problem big or small. They are always very personable with us on the phone and just by the tone of their voice you can tell they are smiling and happy to help.
I called them about a phishing site that popped up on my laptop and I called them and took care of the problem of removing the site and also blocking it while I was on the phone with them
I waited 3 years to post this review so it would a "true" review. I am one man operating 2 companies with multiple networked computers and printers from old to brand new. Before I teamed up with cloudIT, I was spending more than 600 hours per year doing my own IT. My customized IT configuration and methods gives me an edge over my competition. With all the constant, never ending updates for operating systems, applications, and firmware for devices and components these days... It's just too much for one man to handle.
