Technicians came out on a Saturday night, had the part on the truck, and had the AC cool again in 30 minutes with extremely fair pricing. For a new HVAC unit and duct replacement, the installers were efficient, on time, and left the house clean without trying to up-sale. The VIP service is well worth it, with technicians who were honest and took the time to explain what was wrong. One technician came out on short notice during the hottest week of the year, was extremely thorough, and got the system running again when a previous company had only offered complete replacement. The technician was pleasant, professional, and honest. Customers have used Local Roots twice and both times the service was great. The technician arrived on time, helped diagnose the problem, and fixed it the same day. The price was fair and everyone is professional and polite.
My husband and I recently got a new a/c unit installed with Local Roots AC & Plumbing and it was a great experience. From John who came out same day to diagnose the problems we were having with our 15 year old unit, to Chris who helped get the install scheduled and Darren and Andrew who completed the install. Darren and his team were prompt, very courteous and got everything working quickly. We now have much needed cold air blowing and are all set for the scorching Phoenix temps.

I signed up for the VIP service and found it to be well worth it. My AC stopped working and they came the same day. Finnegan and Ideal were the technicians and they were honest and took the time to explain what was wrong and what to keep an eye for in the future. They were able to get the AC working right away.
