They were great starting from the beginning when we met David at the Home show! He was awesome and not aggressive like the other guys. Then Jeo the technician was very professional and gave us a list of concerns. Took pictures of everything he worked on and gave us options to look at. Again, wasn’t pushy and we knew we had a very old AC unit that needed replacing. Their pricing was less than we thought and warrantee were the best we’ve seen! They installed our new AC and both guys were very professional and did a great job!! Totally recommend them!!
I had 1st Choice Mechanical come out for an AC tune-up and a tankless water heater flush, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. The technicians, Justin and Holdyn, were both friendly and professional throughout the visit.

Our service technician from first choice was right on time, just in time. Our air-conditioning fan was going bad which can lead to a costly condenser replacement. So glad that Randy was able to fix that and check out our other units. We have great confidence in the service of 1st choice
