I was very impressed with the service from Liberty. Chris and Christian are definite assets to the company. They were focused, efficient and friendly. And long-time employee Chris was informative about the new straight-cool unit with heat strips and thermostat, answering all my questions. It was a great set up and clean up. Thanks Liberty, it was a perfect installation 11/30/2023.

11/30/23 A straight-Cool with Heat Strips was installed and I was very impressed with the service and the good deal I received. Liberty had installed the original unit 16+ years earlier for the previous owner, so it was time to replace it. Chris and Christian were very pleasant and efficient. And Chris answered all my questions, giving me a lot of information. Most importantly it works great. So I thank Liberty for a job well done, from a happy customer, Anita N

Our experience with Liberty was amazing. We had a different company come look at our old ac unit that morning and they told us we needed a new unit and could install it the next day for $6700. Timmy Bosworth with Liberty came out that afternoon and was very friendly, knowledgeable , efficient and professional. He said all we needed was a new motor which he installed right then. The next day Liberty called and said they had overcharged us by $100 and refunded it. Our total cost was a few hundred dollars instead of thousands. Thank you Liberty and Timmy!!!
