(South central location)I had unpleasant experience with one of the new front office ladies over the phone she was not understanding, even after I repeat and explain my situation. She demonstrated lacked customer service skills I explained the situation and requested to reschedule my already scheduled appointment but she was to concern with schooling me on their policy instead of rescheduling my appointment for another day. She even threatened that my case would be closed if I missed three weeks of treatment which was clearly not my case I had no choice but to reschedule because of situation out of my control. The first time I came, I was super crabby and judgmental and I didn't give this place a shot. I was in an accident and thought with negativity, thinking this place is like Dr Nick from the Simpson's, a hack, a sham, a waste of time. Well... The office girls, all three are super duper sweet and courteous to everyone. By the second visit they called me by name and were so personalized to me and my situation, considering that everyone who goes there was in an accident there, and they deal with it daily; they go above and beyond here.
