“All staff are very, very kind and well intentioned. Scheduling was quick and easy. However, cleaning services were subpar. Paid almost $500 for a deep clean. The first time they came they got all the general stuff cleaned but it definitely wasn’t a deep clean. Too many places were left untouched. I paid extra for the walls and they were heavily overlooked. Customer service is great so they offered a reclean on the areas neglected which was okay, however, it still didn’t feel worth almost $500 for a “deep clean”. Staff is great, services not up to the expectations based on other reviews.

Update: They did call out to make it right. Their customer service goes above and beyond. It seems like they truly care about feedback and customer satisfaction which goes a long way compared to other money hungry services. They seem genuine and caring.“

We have dogs that we need to keep out of their way while they are here but that is not a problem. I’m very fussy about my house but I love how it is when they complete the job!!“
