First, Stefani wasn't sure she could squeeze me in, which wasn't surprising given my timing. However, what impressed me most was that she was very explicitly prioritizing time off for her team during the holidays. She did end up being able to squeeze me in (which was also amazing), but I really appreciated that she would say no to a job in order to care for her team. I wish more business owners and managers understood the importance of doing this.Next, the cleaning team showed up for the deep cleaning. They were on time, professional, and friendly. Most importantly, they did a wonderful job. When Legion of Clean says "deep cleaning," they mean it! It was the single best cleaning service I have ever had.When it came time for the move out cleaning, our move was being delayed and there were just a bunch of bumps in the road. Stefani & her team worked with me through the whole experience. And, of course, the move out cleaning was as amazing as the deep cleaning.I'm genuinely sad that I moved out of the Legion of Clean service area. “Gregorio did a wonderful job at cleaning two tiles floors. The tile grout had a discolored build-up that other companies could not get out. Gregorio did an extremely thorough job. He got rid of the build-up, which made the tile look new again. Also, the office answers e-mails very quickly, and I was able to get an appointment within a few days.“
