My wife and I have been using H2O Concepts at or home for about 15 years over the years many friends and some of my family have got it to.No one has ever come to me with regrets getting it recommended to them.The other day a new neighbor moved in we were visiting in the driveway and they asked about my water system.This morning he asked me if I read Google reviews about it.I’ve never had a reason to but most of what he was telling me didn’t make sense so I looked.This is totally different from our experience I think I’ve needed the company 3 times in the past 15 or so years each time they helped with what I needed and that was it, actually it was quite uneventful.I...read full review

We had our system installed a month ago. We found their service to be excellent from their salesman to our installers who explained every part of the system to us. Our clothes are now cleaner, no more calcium deposits in our showers, and great tasting water. I'm sorry to see all the negative comments on Yelp.
