So recently I had a technical question for the folks at POF Patriot Ordinance Factory. I was looking at something just wanted a little info. What I recieved was so much more. The technical support that Juan had sent was absolutely over the top informative as well as a learning moment. Wanted to express my gratitude to POF USA, specifically Juan Gallardo. Consumers today tend to find themselves helpless and frustrated when attempting to seek satisfaction on warranty claims. Loop holes and corporate aligned policies make the pledge of customer satisfaction ring hollow. But not POF USA. I recently had the pleasure of working with Juan on a warranty claim for my 415 Edge. Despite the problem not being caused by or the fault of POF Juan advocated for a customer. Juan could have just cited policy and sent back the damaged part.
