My roof had been coated 26 months ago. My AC inspector tells me my roof needs attention. Long story short after my free inspection Marshall Sturgill, CEO of Geo Roofing, informs me the last company put an acrylic coating over my silicone roof. This a big no-no in roofing maintenance. With Marshall's guidance I was able to "persuade" the last company to come back and fix their mistake at no charge to me. This short story speaks to the integrity of Marshall Sturgill and Geo Roofing. Marshall could have just given me his estimate for thousands of dollars hoping to secure my business. But he didn't. It's difficult to find a reliable roofing contractor in Phoenix. I called several to get quotes for a leak repair. Geo Roofing wasn't the cheapest, but they were very competitive, and the estimate was the most comprehensive, and their scheduled service was quicker than any competitor.The work started on time and when the crew discovered some damaged roof decking which was outside the scope, I called Mike the General Manager concerned about a huge change order. He responded quickly with the additional charges; about a 10% increase ($250) which was a great deal.
