FLC offers classes, circuit training, weights, fitness equipment, pickle ball, ping pong, walking track - something for all ages and fitness levels, plus they have their own cafe. Great teachers and trainers.
Super great place to throw a kids birthday party. Easy online booking and wavier signing, nice friendly staff, clean and spacious areas for gathering. Not too crowed for younger kids.
Nice community clean community rec center. . This church campus is pretty big and have a bunch of activities : Full court basketball, gym,weight room,open skating with skate rental for 5$(plus admission fee). Check hours of availability for this facility. There is a small charge (2-15$) pending on what you want to use . Staff is helpful and acomadating
