We’ve been coming to this pediatrics for a couple of years now and I’ve had one bad experience with them. Dr. Harper is our go to pediatrician! She is so nice to my kids and actually listens to my concerns! We’ve gone to Dr. Bennet as well and he was nice too. The bad experience I had is with Dr. Smelter. That was my first and last time seeing her. My 5 year old at the time was scared to get his stomach looked at and she literally held him down and I had told her to stop since he was crying and she insisted to do it still to show him there’s nothing wrong. Been bringing my kids here for the past 7 years. Every interaction with Caroline Finley has been EXCELLENT, every visit with her she makes sure she finds the root to any problems. She deserves a 10/10. I've been with Carolyn, and she has literally made me feel like crap afterwards. She is rude, her facial expressions and comments are unacceptable . She doesn't even thoroughly check the children! We're talking about children's learning and her response was "it doesn't make it any better with all the illegals coming in" I will NEVER schedule any of my kids with her again. She needs to work with chickens, not even humans!!!!

I have been bringing my daughter here since she was born (5yrs ago) and I have had no issues with the ladies in front or the doctors themselves. When my daughter gets sick I usually call to see if they have an opening and they ALWAYS take her right away same day. They make sure she's always up to date with her check-ups and vaccines. Yes we have had a couple appointments canceled on us but we always got a couple day notices and was always rescheduled right away. . If I have questions they are always answered.
