Our A/C was out and we had an major a/c company come out and they recommended that we replace the whole a/c unit. Calvin the tech from Eklund told me there is no way I was in need of a new unit and proceeded to order the replacement motor that we needed that arrived in 4 days. The other company stated 16 days lead time for this motor. They were just pushing a new unit on us by scaring us that it would take 16 days to get the motor. I appreciate everything Calvin Eklund has done for us with his honesty and can do attitude. I will be a repeat customer for sure.
Calvin came out for A/C inspection, and I got great service. Told us motor didn’t need replacement yet, gave an approximate cost if problems arise in future, even documenting model type so he has it on file if needed. Fast response, reliable and honest.UPDATE - turned out a couple months later the unit (25+ years old) needed replacement. Got a new unit at a reasonable price with a very fast install. Superb service.
