My experience with them was great. I had an issue with my unit on Saturday when all other places were closed but was able to reach them. Raul was my service rep. He was amazing and allowed me to stand over his shoulder as he worked and explained everything he was doing along the way. Overall a great experience!

A/C and heat are fixed and working great! I will be recommending them to everyone from now on! Thank you for your patience in working with me. Guys that did repairs were super friendly and did terrific job

We were very pleased with our experience with Mountainside Air. They were recommended by our neighbour friends. Their service, professionalism and follow up is exemplary. Tom and Steve scheduled initial visit for a quote and provided us with several options for AC and furnace systems. We had 3 quotes and were really impressed with the warranty for follow up servicing of AC/Furnace units and the pricing of units. Their pricing and service warranty is much better than the 2 larger companies we also had quotes from. Their team arrived on time and worked so hard to get project completed.
