After my wedding, I started researching places to get my wedding dress cleaned and preserved and found Arcadia Dy Cleaners. I emailed them and they were quick to respond to all my questions. Claudine was very knowledgeable and informative. I took in my dress to get a quote and received a reasonable price for both cleaning and preservation, including my veil. I also liked that it was museum-quality preservation and that I would be able to look at the dress from the box whenever I wanted. I even received cotton archival gloves to handle the dress and prevent getting my body oils on it. Claudine kept me informed about the process and sent me before-and-after photos of her work on my dress. I didn’t think I’d ever rave about a dry cleaners, but they did such a phenomenal job I can’t let this go unnoticed. Since getting married almost two years ago, my dress has sat untouched in a bag in a closet in my parents house. I had looked into getting it cleaned before but didn’t really trust just anywhere to get it done. I looked up “wedding dress cleaning near me” on Google one day, and Arcadia Dry Cleaners popped up. Their website talked of wedding dress cleaning and preservation, and had all these accreditation’s (which I didn’t even know those were a thing for wedding dress cleaning.) I decided to take it in and just see what they could do. The lady who cleans them called me and discussed in length what I wanted and what she could do. I decided I didn’t want to do preservation for now, just cleaning and pressing. She said she found some small tears and missing jewels on my dress and veil and offered to repair them for only $25 for all of them. She said it could take a while, but I wasn’t in a hurry. I was super impressed with the detail she noticed, as my dress is giant and overwhelming to look at. When I picked it up today, I was beyond impressed. It was in plastic wrap, the bodice was stuffed, she included gloves for handling it, and even cleaned the cloth bag I brought my dress in. The lady who was there said that sadly, their business is down quite a bit because no one really needs dry cleaning if they aren’t going to work! All this to say, if you need dry cleaning, or wedding dress cleaning, GO 👏🏼 HERE 👏🏼. Their prices were very reasonable and the service was fantastic. Five stars!!
