The shop is the perfect blend of "mom and pop" friendliness and high-end professional skill. After my daughter's wedding, both of our dresses were in dire need of cleaning; the hems were literally black. I didn't think it was possible to get them completely clean, but since they were expensive, I wanted to try. I found Arcadia Cleaners (with endorsements from top-notch bridal sites) so I brought the dresses in, and that's where my truly lovely experience started.Rayna and her colleagues took exquisite care of both gowns, and her veil, too. Nice customer service, easy pick up and drop off, appreciate the option of not having their barcode sealed into the clothes, dry cleaned items returned in good condition, am happy with service and experience.

Had a destination wedding in Scottsdale and wasn't arriving until the Monday of my wedding weekend. I called every cleaners in town to find someone to press my dress within 5 days- Arcadia cleaners was the only one willing to get it done. The team was so welcoming and trustworthy. The lady that specializes in wedding gown cleaning/pressing was the sweetest lady ever, she was so honored to help me look my best for our wedding day. 12/10 recommend!
