“The staff at Oxford Cleaners are a cut above the rest! I visited their store about a week before my wedding in April and explained to them that I needed my husband's tuxedo dry cleaned for our wedding. The gentlemen in the store at the time were so personable and kind. They assured me they'd have the tuxedo done in plenty of time before the big day. Not only did they do a wonderful job and finish earlier than expected, the didn't charge me anything. Because it was for our wedding they comped the cost it would've been to have his tux cleaned. With the seemingly insurmountable transactions that it takes to plan a wedding, I was so incredibly grateful that it was one less cost we had to worry about paying. “I have been using Diamondback Cleaners since 2012 for work uniforms and personal clothing. My garments are always ready on time and are cleaned and pressed as I expect. The owner is a very nice man who remembers me when I come in. You don’t see that level of customer service very often today.“

“Needed some items tailored right away and everyone was booked out. Nordstroms, dedicated tailors, dry cleaners, nobody could turn them around fast. Found natural cleaners and at first I was concerned that they didn't answer their phone during business hours but I received a text right away and they interacted right away. I got in same day for measurements and then the work was done a day before it was promised. AND, they were the least expensive around, called 8 places, and closest to my house. Will definitely use them for future tailoring needs.“

“We have been coming here for years. I did notice a decline is service for a bit there, but as of recent everything seems back to normal. We’ve personally never had bad service and all our clothes have been fine. Some of the front desk help is not too personable, but I can’t judge a business for someone’s non-boisterous personality.“
