“I’ve really enjoyed this dry cleaner and they’ve done a great job consistently over the past few years. That said, I was disappointed to see a 4% surcharge added to credit and debit card transactions. Seeing the fee applied to debit cards as well didn’t sit well with me. I’ll still continue coming back because I value the business, but this policy was frustrating and worth mentioning as it even applied to debit cards.“

“This cleaners was awesome. My son was horse playing and ended up with a ton of mud on a pair of essentials sweatpants. I was unable to get it out completely but they were able to get almost all of it. There is a tiny spot that is barely noticeable they were unable to remove. You have actually be looking for it to see it. So I am very happy with the results. And they weren’t. Overly expensive. Thank you so much.“

“5 stars for Arcadia Cleaners! Highly recommend Rayna for wedding gown cleaning! She came highly recommended in several FB wedding groups. My gown was custom designed by myself, and hand sewn by a seamstress, so I was fairly nervous when it came down to having it cleaned. There were several yellow stains on the dress and I was hopeful that they would be removed successfully. Rayna explained that they could not guarantee removal, which is understandable, but I had high hopes after dropping it off with her because of how knowledgeable she was with the cleaning process and had been doing this type of cleaning for over 10 years. I am happy to report that I just picked up the dress today, and she completely 100% got the stains out! She is highly skilled at what she does and I absolutely recommend her for wedding gown cleaning. Thank you Rayna, you're the best!“
