Angel came yesterday to try to fix our lock. He was clean-cut and professional. Unfortunately, the lock was difficult. After 3 hours, multiple group chats, and multiple attempts we got a temporary fix.Unfortunately again, day two, it was unlocked again.Called again and got Ethan. He was incredibly quick. Took apart the whole locking mechanism. Re-tightened, realigned, and lubed everything that needed it. He came in expecting not to get paid and was still very professional and good natured.
