Had a stubborn mailbox lock that wouldn't turn, even with graphite lube, so I eventually opted to get it drilled and replaced. The technician replaced out the core in a matter of minutes, and gave me two fresh new matching keys.

Because the dispatcher provided me with a detailed breakdown of the service call expenses in advance, and the final charge matched that amount to the penny, my experience was wonderful.

Today we had Ari come to our new home to reset multiple locks and doors. He was able to explain the different brands of locks and how they are not compatible, so we switched them all to Schlage brand and all are on the same key now. He went above and beyond to explain the type of front door handle and deadbolt we will need for the dimensions.
He was also able to assist with resetting the garage keypad and remotes. Will definitely be having Ari back again and would highly recommend!
