Emma is awesome! I like it when I can say what I want and it gets done. She listens to me and will help me make choices with color. Also new owner made updates to the aesthetics. Very nice!

I have been a customer for 4 1/2 years of Element Nail on 16th street. Came in as a walk-in To the new location in Downtown for a pedicure and was able to fit to get my nails done. As a busy mom, I very much appreciate getting worked in, so thank you Eric. Ivy was incredible at my pedicure & Kim Introduced me to builder gel as I had a really bad cut on my finger and was not able to do my usual dip. I couldn’t be happier with the new service I was provided with!! I think I may become a builder gel girl! Thank you, Kim and Ivy for The best service!! Looking forward to booking again!! Congratulations on the owners for yet again opening up a great new location

I was in need of a pedicure and I was so glad they take walk ins. They were able to take me and my husband right away, Hailey did my pedicure and I am very happy with the results, she’s very sweet and attentive. I’m definitely coming back with her.
