The 240k mile engine in my Corolla needed replaced because of a bad bottom cylinder.I was told these guys were the place to use. Initially I spoke with Matt who could not have been more concerned and supportive with my situation considering we were down to one vehicle without our Corolla. Jimmy was the manager that took care of me throughout the entire process. He was professional, kind, honest, communicative, and sensitive to my time frame with one vehicle. I cannot say enough about the crew at Christian Brothers Automotive Happy Valley! I recently had the turbo fail on my 2021 Chevy Trailblazer. I called Christian Brothers and explained what was happening and spoke to a very friendly person that said that they would be happy to help. I dropped the car off and explained that I had a third party warranty that should help cover the costs. They provided a shuttle to get me back home as well! I had a wonderful experience with the Christian Brothers team. Ive never been to am automotive shop like this one. I appreciate the communication and honesty about what needs to be addressed on my vehicle, rather than racking the bill up saying its all urgent.
