100 percent recommend Express RV Services!! Nick was helpful and knowledgeable from the first call we gave him. When we called backed the next day, we squeezed us in and got us back on the road with our propane working. Very professional and he just wanted to help us, not find more billable problems (always a concern for females when dealing with mechanics). Trustworthy, responsive, timely, with fair pricing - a great guy!!
I'm 100% impressed with Nick! We had a 3-way fridge that stopped working on propane halfway through our trip. Nick returned my call same day and came out for the repair on time the next. He diagnosed and fixed the issue in 30 minutes. He was thoughtful and taught me about propane regulators! We were also so grateful not to try and locate an RV shop and have to wait during an appointment as we have a dog and cat. Very appreciative to Nick and his affordable services! Thank you, Nick! ?
I am blown away at the care RV Express treated me and my family with while in a bind on our camping trip. They had my back when I was litterally backed up against the wall chasing down my "no power" issue while off the power grid. They answered all of my questions by phone call and text. They sent diagrams and pictures to help me chase down my issue. Not once did I feel like a burden. They were sincere, patient, and friendly throughout the whole experience.
