I went to Caros since they take walk-ins and asked to have the nape area (only) cut and trimmed and I told the hairdresser specifically what I wanted. I told her I wanted a scissor cut and that I cut the hair on the top and sides myself. She was in a hurry and before I knew it, she was cutting the rest of my hair, which I didn't need. I told her not to go higher and she said she was just blending my hair with the nape area. She also started using the clippers around my ears and I said no, scissors only. She said she had to clip both sides now in order for them to match. I was fuming!!!!. When she was done, she turned me around and I looked like a guy, but worse! It was a horrible short pixey. My hair was left short ALL around my head!! I was so embarrassed to walk out to my car and I had a good cry over it. I have now had to purchase a wig similar to how my own hair style used to be and it was costly! I do not recommend having the woman closest to the front entrance touch your hair! She did what SHE wanted, and did not pay attention to what I wanted. MM

Took my son for a haircut and the stylist was to busy talking with her coworker that she cut my son on his neck and not only once but twice. She said he had that when he got there and I know for a fact he didn't. Not going there again. ​

Diciembre 16- decidí que mis hijos necesitaban un corte de pelo, vine a este salón porque me queda cerca y anteriormente ya había venido y mis hijos recibían un servício aceptable, nunca necesité cita. Llegamos y Caro no estaba presente, había dos personas antes de nosotros, así q esperamos, llegó más gente "con cita" y las atendieron antes de nosotros, llegaron más personas sin cita y tmb fueron atendidas antes, esperamos alrededor de una hora o más , mire como terminaron 7 cortes (adultos y niños) y escuché como a todos les cobraron $20, llegó nuestro turno pedí cortes normales para mis niños, nada especial ni complicado, al final me cobraron $50!!! $25 c/u, no se porque fue la discriminación, no es que $5 signifiquen mucho, pero la actitud y la diferencia con que nos trataron es lo que me molestó, no volveré a este lugar y se que dirán: no vuelvas!!! Solo quiero que quede esta reseña para que la dueña sepa que tipo de personas atienden cuando ella no está.
