Nice enough everyone in office, but dosent seem to want to help you instead referring you to the portal for literally everything. Well....I can't get some test results or anyone to tell me or even call me back. These are important results for me, but it seems I'm not important enough to get a call back.

I am more disappointed every time I come here , I am now looking to see what my other options are ... first experience was after an early miscarriage , had endless trouble getting through the phone lines , one bw was good I stopped going . After I got preg again I went back because I loved the np I saw , had a great experience with her but then when things went downhill for my preg they had the NP ASSISTANT CALL ME TO TELL ME I WAS HAVING ANOTHER MISSCARRIAGE ! She was borderline heartless about it while I'm sobbing on the phone and did not sound like she cared one bit . I demanded to talk to the np who was kind and calmed me down and said she would file the complaint , once all clear . I stopped going again . Fast forward and I'm 8 weeks with history of 2 miscarriages and they tell me they can see me for my first visit in a month .... I asked the assistant if they really don't need bw or anything before that since prev I was on progesterone due to low numbers . I go in today finally at week twelve and the np tells me I should have bipassed reception and used the portal to schedule because I should have come sooner ..... like what ?! Then my ultrasound felt rushed and cold by the dr I've never met and she cut my husband off when he was asking about a theory . He had to ask her to wait so he could get a video so he didn't miss it . Luckily everything looked good , then to top it all off I go to schedule and the receptionist was INSANELY RUDE . No eye contact , ignored our questions , no smile just cold scheduling like I had ruined her day by coming to the window . I'm looking elsewhere and really hope I find another place that can help me through my pregnancy because I feel like just a number to them and they could not care less about me having a positive experience . I tried so hard to give them so many chances but it seems that MANY of the staff there are jaded and hate their job . The nps are the only kind people I've met aside from the amazing lab tech that's in their that can hit a vein easy everytime and loves her job and even recognized me ! Great employee and wish I could interact with her everytime . She deserves a raise .

Dr.Schwartz is the best ob around. she takes her patients health very seriously. Becky the US tech is the nicest US tech we have ever had. She really takes her time and explains what she's doing. She also gets great US pictures even when my twins weren't being the most cooperative. Becky is the only one i want to do my ultrasounds.
